I work with Sellers from all over the world and maintain on a constant basis, a variety of listings in all areas of our marketplace.

I pride myself in knowing about all of the different property types in Whistler.  I have seen the resort grow over the years and understand all of the ins and outs of the various properties.  I have the ability to explain to a buyer why the property is unique and deserving of the desired sale price.  I am involved in the market daily on a full-time basis, and my goal is to market my properties in a pro-active and positive way.

My availability, presentation and service are the key.  Any customer, or cooperating realtor, will have easy access to any information about my listings on a consistent basis.  I try and make the process as seamless as possible so that the listing is easily understood by potential buyers and for other realtors.

Top 5 Seller FAQ’s

Depending on the product type of the property the length of time to sell can vary dramatically.  For the lower end of the market, if you are priced correctly, you can expect your property to sell very quickly. For unique, ultra high end or properties that are not aggressively priced, process can take 1-5 years.
Each property is different and deserves its own targeted marketing plan. Please contact me directly to discuss how I will most effectively market your property.
I will guide you through the process and help you explore the comparable sales, tax assessed values, appraised values and comparable properties that are currently listed on the market. Together we will establish what your timeline is for selling and derive a pricing strategy that is in keeping with your motivation and the current market environment.
To improve your chances of selling you must make sure that the property is presenting itself in the best possible way.  This means making sure the property and the grounds are clean, maintained and free of occupants, tenants and rentals.  The easier the property is to access, the more buyers will see the property.  The more buyers that are exposed to the property, the better your chances are of selling.  In the wintertime, ensure that the driveway and walkways are ploughed and salted for snow/ice.  It is always my advice to de-personalize and de-clutter the interior and consider hiring a “stager” to give the property a polished look and a competitive advantage.
As a Seller you will want your property to have the best exposure to the market place as well as be properly represented by an agent that knows the area, the market conditions, the property, and much, much more.  As a local, long term professional, I am able to cover off all bases with respect to the effective listing and marketing of your home. I am a member of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board (GVREB) as well as the Real Estate Association of Whistler (REAW).  The GVREB uses the MLS (Multiple Listing System) as their listing database and the REAW uses the WLS (Whistler Listing System).  By listing with me, your property will have exposure on both WLS and MLS Listing Systems.

The property must be priced correctly if you would like it to sell in a reasonable period of time.

The property must be displayed to the best of its ability and make a good impression on potential purchasers.

It is best to sell when the property is vacant and available (i.e. free of any occupants)
